We operate shipping depots across Australia, UK, Hong Kong, and USA. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. All orders over $300 are posted for free via Australia Post Express.

Thank you for your purchase. Please note, we do not send individual payment confirmations or tracking for security reasons and as this would delay processing. We prioritize efficient order processing daily. Rest assured, our dispatch team will begin processing your order as soon as your payment is confirmed in our system. We appreciate your understanding and valued support. If products in your order are on “back order” your entire order will be shipped when the back order products arrive in stock. Please make individual orders for items in stock and items out of stock (back order).
